We are on the lookout for a Mid-level Full-stack Engineer ready to navigate the multifaceted challenges of transitioning our product from seed to MVP.This role is pivotal, especially with the intricate technical nuances of our product and our aim for a resilient and expandable platform. You will integrate into our core tech squad, spearheading both the frontend and backend dimensions of our platform. What will you be doing at SeaBoard?
Your expertise will lead the charge in holistic product development, primarily:
Full-stack Development & Oversight: Spearhead the creation, fine-tuning, and integration of front-end and back-end components, while coordinating with designers and strategists to ensure a holistic product experience.
Product Development: Lead the development and troubleshooting of the core product; collaborate with front-end, design, and business teams to build efficient, scalable secure and standards-compliant (PCI-DDS, GDPR, etc.) systems.
Deployment & Operations: Set up and maintain CI/CD processes, monitor, troubleshoot and optimize live systems. Ensure system security and compliance through design, config and audits in line with best practices.
Team Synergy & Evolution: Augment our tech crew, and with fellow engineers, co-create our technological direction and excellence.
