    Flipspaces is looking for Human Resources (HR) professional to manage the provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the entire company.

    He/She is expected to take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to the company's objectives.

    Flipspaces puts critical emphasis on the Happiness Quotient of its employees across different verticals and functions and would expect the HR to work in coordination with the leadership team in order to foster a culture that propagates intrapreneurship, growth and excellence.


    If you are well organized, task oriented and apt for upkeeping our high HR strategies and procedures standards, but also enthusiastic about improving them with your creative new ideas, you are the person we are looking for Ultimately, you will ensure our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives.


    Key Responsibility Areas:

    • Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resourcerelated initiatives that support organizational strategic goals
    • HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS) and financial planning of the department
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Developing company wellbeing, health and counselling policies
    • Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
    • Direct the development and implementation of organizational development programs, employee orientation and training programs, benefits plans, policies and guidelines, equal opportunity employment programs and employee records and documentation policies.

    • HR Head will be increasingly involved in strategic decisionmaking within the business as an influencer. Being able to understand company finances, resourcing and the ultimate aims of the business is important

    • As a senior member of the executive team, the HR Head is expected to demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives and culture of the organisation


    • Professional expertise

    • A strong working knowledge of employment law issues, best practice processes for disciplinaries, redundancies and payroll is required, as well as experience of employee relations


    • Coaching and mentoring

    • Whether senior executives, junior colleagues or middle management, you will be proficient in developing skills in your talent


    • Trust

    • As a member of the executive team, you will interface with the leadership team on a regular basis. You will become a trusted confidante on talent issues, unafraid of giving your opinions and expertise

    Qualification Criteria:

    • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
    • Previous experience working with a startup and fast paced organization
    • Preferred from Tier1 B Schools
    • Indepth knowledge about local and international Human Resource Processes, employment legislation, and legal regulations
    • Understanding and experience with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies
    • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management
    • Handled employee strength of 300 + Employees
    • Handled Recruitments in a startup environment
    • Experience with HR tools and recruiting software
    • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
