- Lead and manage a team of content creators, including writers, and editors, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Collaborate with other departments, to ensure content is aligned with their objectives and needs.
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and is on-brand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content is cutting-edge and effective.
- Ensure the content team has the necessary resources, tools, and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Experience writing blogs, articles, descriptions, and web content for different niches.
- Study product samples.
- Communicate with product designers and developers to understand product details.
- Knowledge in SEO, Keyword Placement, and ability to write suitable and targeted Page titles, Meta Descriptions, etc.
- Analyze and manage existing and potential content.
- Produce and distribute tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
