    Description

    JobOverview:

    We are seeking atalented Design Engineer for a company dealing in Solar Powers. Youwill play a key role in the design and development of innovativesolar energy systems. You will work closely with crossfunctionalteams to create optimal solutions that maximize energy outputefficiency and costeffectiveness while meeting project requirementsand industry standards.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • DesignSolar photovoltaic (PV) using Custom Software tools (Sketchup SolarLabs PVSyst Autocad etc) including rooftop groundmounted and solarcanopy installations utilizing industryleading software tools andmethodologies.
    • Perform accurate system sizingcalculations and Create electrical singleline diagrams panellayouts and connection diagrams using computeraided designsoftware.
    • Develop optimal designs with SLDconduit and wire scheduling routing and equipment layout plans andconceptual 3D renderings.
    • Execute designs thatadhere to grid compliance and permitting requirements.
    • Building detailed bills of materials andbalance of system components based on system specifications.
    • Coordinate with Sales to develop completeproposal packages.
    • Crossfunctional interactionwith Procurement and Execution for technical clearances andapprovals in a timely manner.
    • Conductingremote monitoring of installed plants and ascertaining deviationsif any to the designed performance levels.
    • Assisting operation and maintenance teams toanalyze plant performance identify resolution steps and maintain atroubleshooting repository.
    • Assist indocumenting and developing industry best practices standards andguidelines.
    • Understanding the technicalspecifications and features of the products. Keeping abreast withthe latest developments in the field by attending conferencesexhibitions online research and reading research publications.

    JobRequirements:

    • Bachelorsin engineering degree in Electricals or electronics or Mechanical.
    • Proficiency in Custom Software Tools likeSketchup Solar Labs PVSyst Autocad.
    • Previous35 years of Project management experience.
    • Excellent analytical problemsolving anddecisionmaking skills with the ability to assess technicalchallenges and develop innovative solutions.
