    Data Analysis and InsightsGeneration:

    Collect analyze and interpretdata related to airline operations including flight performanceontime arrivals passenger satisfaction and operational costs fromprimary and secondary sources Identifytrends patterns and key performance indicators (KPIs) to developactionable insights Present findings tostakeholders including management operations teams andcrossfunctional departments Deeper insightsto support the ongoing projects and initiation of newprojects Provide preliminary commentary toexplain business performance drivers and optimizationopportunities2.


    OperationalEfficiency:

    Identify areas for operationalimprovement through data analysis process mapping and operationalbenchmarking Collaborate with operationsteams to develop and implement strategies to optimize flightschedules crew utilization resource allocation and otheroperational processes Monitoring &quality checks on the implemented projects chatbot voicebotcustomer notifications feedback mechanisms3.


    Project Management:

    Lead crossfunctionalprojects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency cost reductionand customer experience Define project scopeobjectives and deliverables ensuring adherence to timelines andbudgets Collaborate with stakeholders togather requirements assess risks and manage projectdependencies Regularly report projectprogress to senior management highlighting achievements challengesand proposed solutions4.


    PerformanceMonitoring and Reporting:

    Develop andmaintain dashboards and reports to track key operationalmetrics Monitor performance againstestablished KPIs and benchmarks identifying areas of concern orimprovement Prepare regular reports andpresentations for management providing insights and recommendationsto drive decisionmaking5.


    StakeholderCollaboration:

    Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including flight operations maintenancecustomer service finance and marketing to gather insights and drivealignment on operational initiativesProviding support to stakeholders regarding insights/datarequirements with tables/charts/stories using relevant datapointsKnowledge Skills andExperienceQualification Graduate with 35years of experience in a similarroleRequirement Existing research knowledgeexperience in giving actionable business recommendations based onlearnings/synthesis of data (internal & external) Goodreport writing skills and expectational presentation skills (PPT)Strong proficiency in data processing tabulation and analysis(Excel) and visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) is a plusWorking knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboarding isdesirable Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with theability to dissect complex problems and derive actionable insightsCustomer Centric Ability to understand and prioritize stakeholderneeds.
