    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Human Resources . As the Assistant Manager - Human Resources, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions and processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • MBA in Human Resources with 6+yrs in Core HR in automotive, retail or service sector
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, recruitment and best practices
    • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the recruitment process for the entire unit including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates
    • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
    • Design performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback
    • Handle employee relations issues and address employee grievances
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, attendance, and leave records
    • Assist in organizing and conducting HR training programs and workshops
    • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
