Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Archify & Buildify Constructions Pvt Ltd located in Bhubaneswar. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures.
You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the project requirements.
Additionally, you will review and modify existing designs, analyze building codes and regulations, and ensure compliance with safety standards.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related fieldProven experience in architectural design and constructionProficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUpStrong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and structural designExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teamsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesUnderstanding of building codes and regulationsCreativity and a strong eye for design
