    • Provide regular MIS updates on clientactivities and performance benchmarking against industry standardsand competitors to identify areas forimprovement.
    • Monitor and evaluate customerresearch market conditions and competitor data to keep TruAD at theforefront of developments in digitalmarketing.

    CandidateQualifications:
    Experience: 57 years inClient Servicing/CRM roles with a Marketing Company or AdvertisingAgency.
    RequiredSkills:
    • Client Servicing skillsmanagement and problem solution
    • Indepthknowledge of advertising sales strategies andtrends
    • Strong negotiation and contractmanagement skills
