Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager located in North Goa. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. You will also be responsible for managing and supervising the accounting team, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing financial insights and recommendations to the management team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of GST/ VAT/INCOME TAX
• Should be well versed in preparation of monthly & quarterly Management reporting, Balance sheet, P&L etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (CA inter / M COM)
