    Job Title: Project Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Consultant to join our Government Business Consulting team. As a Project Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering projects that transform businesses through the power of people, technology, and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Technical Excellence: Independently lead tracks and manage client-facing junior team members in designing, developing, and implementing solutions/engagement delivery by executing tasks that are part of overall assignment; lead modules of the engagement in small parts; interact with and present ideas/new perspectives to senior client personnel.
    • Project Delivery: Develop project plans; execute project plans; coordinate projects; communicate changes and progress; complete projects on time and budget; manage self and project team activities.
    • Customer Service: Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve service; respond to requests for service and assistance; meet commitments.
    • Analytical: Synthesize complex or diverse information; collect and research data; use intuition and experience to complement data; design work flows and procedures.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem-solving situations; use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
    • Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality; apply feedback to improve performance; monitor own work to ensure quality.

    Requirements

    • MBA/PGDM/MSW/postgraduate in management/rural development or equivalent from a recognized and reputed academic institution.
    • 05 years of working experience in Skill Development or Cluster/Livelihood development.
