Business Head NonIT Staffing.Primarily responsible for overseeing the Sales & BusinessDevelopment for Non
IT Staffing Business Unit& developing key growth sales strategiestactics and action plans.
MUST HAVE TO BESUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Prior experience of at least10 years into Sales of NonIT Staffing / BFSISomeone who is passionate for achieving annual sales targetsbuilding relationships and understanding customertrendsMAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
To research consumerrequirements and represent Buzzworks with a comprehensive NonITStaffing solution package To develop andexecute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expandBuzzworks customer base To sell NonITStaffing products by implementing national sales plans &getting it executed with the help of deliveryteam To own and hit/exceed annual salestargets within the assigned territory andaccounts To establish sales objectives byforecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions andterritories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit forexisting and new products To determineannual unit and grossprofit plans by implementing marketingstrategies analysing trends and results Toeffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals andpresentations To understand categoryspecificlandscapes and trends To report on forcesthat shift tactical budgets and strategic direction ofaccounts To presentweekly/fortnightly/monthly dashboard onprofitabilitySKILLS
