    Role Objective:


    We are looking for a senior business leader who is excited to take up new challenges in a fast-paced & high energy work environment.


    She/He will be expected to lead & grow the Enterprise business for East India (Kolkata, Jamshedpur, Bhubaneshwar and near by), build a healthy enterprise customer base through her/his consultative sales skills and lead a geographically distributed team, while driving customer NPS.


    Role Responsibilities:

    • Own & grow the P&L of Enterprise Business for East with endtoend responsibility of Sales, Account Management, Procurement & Operations.
    • Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.
    • Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
    • Understand key value drivers for the customer & devise new product offerings
    • Plan, execute and monitor the business operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in Share of business
    • Mentor & lead a geographically distributed team to drive business goals
    • Lead senior client & industry relationships

    Experience and Qualification:

    • 13+ years of relevant experience in P&L management/ Enterprise Sales & Account Development in B2B/ Industrial space
    • Should have experience in Consultative selling/ large change management initiatives to CXOs and driving aggressive targets
    • Should be passioante about devising new product offerings aligned with Customer's strategy
    • Strong operational skills. Should be able to drive Operational rigour for a complex, distributed business
    • Should be passionate about using technology to change the way a traditional B2B industry operates
    • Excellent people leadership skills
    • Must enjoy sales hunting and driving aggressive targets, devising new product offerings, working across functions to ensure Customer delight
