    **Overview**

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    1. Collaborate with businesses for hiring plans, ensuring accuracy in gathering numbers.
    2. Recruit for Business Consulting hiring teams.
    3. Conduct and liaise interviews to assess sourced candidates' fitment with business needs and requirements.
    4. Engage stakeholders/business throughout the hiring journey.
    5. E nsure compliance collection of past employment documents for positioning note preparation and fitment checking.
    6. Negotiate salaries and roll out offers.
    7. Present relevant monthly reports to Practice/Business leadership groups.

    **Requirements:**

    • Post-graduate degree + 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment (Non-IT).
    • Mumbai role: Seeking incumbents with FS(GCC) hiring experience.
    • Gurgaon Role: Incumbents should have Non-IT hiring experience from consulting firms.
    • Ability to manage multiple/volume hiring.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills.
    • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
