Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for order processing and documentation, internal coordination, dispatch and logistics management, customer communication and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Process confirmed sales orders in ERP/CRM system.
  • Verify order details including pricing specifications payment terms delivery timelines Prepare Proforma Invoices Sales Orders and related documentation Coordinate with Accounts for payment confirmation before dispatch Ensure alignment between Sales commitments operational capabilities Plan coordinate dispatch schedules as per committed timelines Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices e-way bills packing lists transport details etc Share dispatch details tracking information with customers sales team Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status Dispatch timings Handle basic order-related queries coordinate internally for resolution Ensure smooth handover service/support team post delivery if required Maintain order tracking sheet from confirmation to dispatch Prepare weekly reports on pending orders Dispatch Status delays Highlight bottlenecks escalate delays proactively Maintain accurate records of customer interactions phone calls emails meetings Follow up ensure timely closure of open issues Manage multiple tasks prioritize deliverables effectively Collaborate work cross-functional teams enhance business outcomes Develop strong
