    We're seeking a seasoned professional with experience in BPO team handling to lead our Moderation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Creating an inspiring team environment built on open communication
    • Setting clear goals and objectives
    • Delegating tasks and setting deadlines
    • Overseeing day-to-day operations
    • Monitoring team performance and reporting on key metrics

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and supervising staff members.
