    Job Description

    Role Purpose- The purpose of Leadership and Rewards team is to improve Firm's capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, leadership, rewards, metrics, and management processes.

    This role is responsible for doing research, analysis, policy design and project tracking for various OD initiatives.
    Job responsibilities - Special Projects in HR, Finance and Strategy

    • Understand the business value chain of professional services firm in general, and law firms in particular.
    • Display a sharp learning curve to grasp the basic concepts in HR, Strategy and Finance.
    • Conduct research to identify best practices in Organization Development.
    • Coordinate special projects which cuts across the silos of existing structures.
    • Prepare policy documents and operational workflows.
