    Overview :
    We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in system integrations within the airport industry.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of airport operations, technology systems, and business processes.

    This role requires the ability to gather requirements, analyse systems, and facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful integration projects.


    Roles & Responsibilities :

    Requirement Gathering :

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system integrations.
    • Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive requirements documentation.

    Systems Analysis :

    • Analyse existing airport systems, including Passenger Processing Systems (PPS), Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Airport Operational Databases (AODB), Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), and others.
    • Identify integration points, data flows, and dependencies between systems.
    • Assess system capabilities and limitations to inform integration design.

    Integration Planning :

    • Work with technical teams to develop integration strategies and implementation plans.
    • Define data mapping and transformation requirements for seamless data exchange between systems.
    • Identify risks and mitigation strategies associated with integration projects.

    Stakeholder Communication :

    • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
    • Address stakeholder concerns and ensure alignment with project objectives.

    Testing and Quality Assurance :

    • Develop test plans and test cases to validate integration functionality.
    • Coordinate testing activities with internal teams and external partners.
    • Perform system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.

    Training and Support :

    • Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
    • Conduct training sessions for endusers and support staff.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance :
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
    • 35 yrs as Business Analyst, preferably in the aviation or airport industry.
    • Strong understanding of airport operations and technology systems.
    • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
    • Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
    • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile).
    • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
    • Experience with integration platforms such as Redhat, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or IBM Integration Bus is a plus.)
