    Dammam, SaudiArabia


    Position:
    Instrumentation Estimation Engineer

    We are looking for candidates with

    5 to 7 years of experience

    in instrumentation estimation, who are proficient in pricing and preparing technical proposals.

    The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

    Estimating instrumentation projects accurately and efficiently.
    Knowledge of Building Management Systems / Fire Fighting Instruments / HVAC and other building related instruments
    Developing cost estimates based on project specifications.
    Preparing and submitting technical proposals to clients.
    Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure project requirements are met.


    Responsibilities:

    Estimation :

    Utilise expertise in instrumentation engineering to accurately estimate the costs of instrumentation projects, including materials, labor, and other relevant expenses.


    Analysis :
    Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine the scope of work and develop comprehensive estimates.

    Cost Management :
    Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.

    Documentation:
    Prepare detailed documentation of cost estimates, including breakdowns of materials, labor, subcontractor costs, and any other relevant expenses.

    Risk Assessment:
    I dentify potential risks and uncertainties associated with instrumentation projects and provide recommendations to mitigate them.

    Bid Preparation:
    Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals by providing accurate and competitive cost estimates.

    Continuous Improvement:


    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in instrumentation engineering to continuously improve estimation processes and techniques.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
    Proven experience in instrumentation engineering, with a focus on estimation and cost analysis.
    Strong understanding of instrumentation systems and components.
    Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
    Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs.
    Experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar industries is preferred but not required.


    Salary for this position will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, which will be further discussed during the interview process.
