• Provide advice and guidance to the Executive Board and managers on employment matters; influencing management and the leadership around the people agenda to maximize service performance
• Design, develop, and execute recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies for talent attraction, selection, and successful recruitment of potential talent to drive the achievement of the business's overall objectives
• Provide daytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• End to End Performance Management

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
