ROLE SUMMARY:

The person will be responsible to proactively monitor all the plant activity of the building management systems. Handling the customer-support channels and providing right information to the customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS USER:

• Proactively monitoring BMS for all regions.
• An understanding of the customers' SLA alarms.
• Responsible for monitoring BMS equipment's – FAS, HVAC, WLD, VESDA, PUMPS, CRAC, PDU, Genset.
• Basic knowledge of chillers, HVAC pumps, cooling tower, AHUs, CRACs, energy meters, BMS controllers and sensors.
• Familiar with different communication protocols.
• Experienced in Change Management and DC Ops
• Responsible for change document validation in PPM , Emergency and planned change .
• Responsible for BMS implementation , alarm identification and coordination with local teams

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Actively monitoring BMS alarms.
• Incident category-wise MTTR SLAs compliance.
• 100% adherence to the customer design standards and the documentation compliance in case of changes.
• 100% accuracy in Change Management process

ESSENTIAL:

ITI or Diploma in Electronics and Communication or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) Any graduates with technical knowledge

Relevant Experience – 5 Years in data center
