We are currently hiring for a Sr.Visual Designer cum Animator to join our team Remotely

Job Description:

Job function: Art/CreativeDesign

Experience:

●

· 6-8 years of experience in the eLearning industry experience or related creative discipline.

· Skills Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premier, and Animate + Knowledge of Vyond tool is needed.

· With strong visualization and UI design.+ Hands-on motion/animation experience.

· Generate ideas and concepts that are visually engaging

· Should have an understanding of visual design principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, and Color Theory amongst others, etc)

· Strong communication skills - Should be able to communicate well with the customer + SME's

· Collaborate with a cross-functional team - Internal team and Vendors

· Develop the visual storyboard (VSB's) for animation development (photo-based, whiteboard, 2D animation)

Skills

● Proficiency in Visual Design and its principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, and Color Theory amongst others etc) and working knowledge of how those principles work together.
● Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate(Flash), After Effects, Premier, Adobe
XD/Invision, and rapid development tools like Articulate, Captivate and others, etc
● Good leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills
● Hands-on Visual Design/Motion Design/Animation experience

Qualification and Experience

● Design degree (BFA/MFA) or equivalent field.

● Should have experience specifically working in K12 publishing industries and should be acumen with the subject

● Diploma/certification in Web Designing or Multimedia.

● Experience in the eLearning industry experience or related creative discipline.
