- Execute and manage the complete recruitment process for Clinical & Non-Clinical roles.
- Manage the targeted recruitment channels (Portals, Referrals, Advertisements, Campus, etc.) asper the profiles for sourcing the candidates for the open positions and closure of the positionwithin TAT.
- Should be able to do Stakeholder Management & bulk recruitment
- Past exposure of volume hiring preferably from Healthcare - Staff Nurses/ Pharmacist / FrontDesk/ Doctors etc will be an added advantage
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize dailyworkload.
- Should be a go getter & Enthusiastic.
- Working Pattern Monday to Saturday.
- Should be able to do bulk hiring
- PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 years of experience in core recruitment. Should have donebulk hiring
