    POSITION SUMMARY

    As a Sales executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling liability products such as current accounts, savings accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits, as well as IndusInd Bank asset products including loans and consumer finance options, tailored to meet the specific needs of customers within the BFIL segment. Additionally, cross-sell third-party products like insurance, credit cards, and demat accounts, educate customers on their benefits and assist them in making informed decisions. Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and prompt resolution of inquiries, while maintaining accurate sales records.

    Job Role & Responsibilities

    Product Sales: The sales executive is responsible for selling a wide range of liability products, including current accounts, savings accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits offered by the branch. They should identify and target potential customers within the BFIL customer segment, offering customized liability products tailored to their specific needs and preferences. Additionally, they should actively sell IndusInd Bank asset products.

    Cross-Sell and Third-Party Products: In addition to core banking products, the sales executive cross-sells third-party products such as life insurance, general insurance, health insurance, credit cards, and demat accounts to existing and potential customers. Educate customers about the benefits and features of cross-sell products and assist them in making informed decisions based on their individual needs and preferences.

    Customer Relationship and Documentation: Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers. Provide excellent service and address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review, enabling informed decision-making and tracking of sales performance.

    Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for liability, asset, and cross-sell products. Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned customer segments and geographical areas.

    Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the branch staff, including customer service representatives and operations personnel, for seamless coordination and delivery of products and services. The sales executive should work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.

    Qualifications and Skills -

    Qualification: Bachelor's degree

    Experience: One year experience in relevant field. Preferably from BFSI.

    Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
