Identify candidates' strengths and weaknesses; create a plan of action to identify areas where candidates can improve;

Conduct training sessions by utilizing practical applications; collaborate with project teams and trainers to develop training courses.

Groom participants' personalities and improve their soft and hard skills; and create learning and development strategies and roadmaps.
