    Key Responsibilities

    • Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy) that highlights our expertise in cybersecurity and addresses customer pain points.
    • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, events, and promotions, to increase lead generation and customer acquisition.
    • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Use insights to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
    • Lead Generation & Conversion: Work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and manage campaigns to convert leads into clients.
    • Organize and manage online and offline events, including webinars, conferences, and product demos, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of all marketing campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Prepare regular reports for senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Previous experience in the technology or cybersecurity sector is preferred.
    • Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), Google Analytics, and social media management tools. Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and lead generation techniques.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Attributes: Creative, with the ability to think outside the box. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail.
