    Role Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant SalesManager with a focus on B2B clientele. As an Assistant SalesManager - B2B, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Lawyered'smarket presence and driving revenue growth through strategic B2Bsales initiatives.

    This position requires aproactive approach to identifying and engaging potential B2Bclients, understanding their requirements, and effectivelycommunicating the value of Lawyered's legal-techsolutions.


    KeyResponsibilities

    1. B2B Client Acquisition:
      • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2Bclients in alignment with the company's salesobjectives.
      • Develop and maintain a robustsales pipeline through targeted outreach and relationshipcultivation.
    2. Solution Selling:
      • Comprehend the unique legal challenges faced by B2Bclients and position Lawyered's solutions as tailored and effectiveresources.
      • Conduct product demonstrations andpresentations to demonstrate the value propositioneffectively.
    3. Relationship Management:
      • Foster and nurture enduring relationships withkey decision-makers and influencers in B2Borganizations.
      • Serve as a trusted advisor,offering insights and solutions to address client needseffectively.
    4. Sales Negotiation:
      • Lead negotiations with B2B clients, ensuringagreements that are mutually beneficial and meet both clientrequirements and company objectives.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to align productofferings with client expectations.
    5. MarketIntelligence:
      • Stay abreast ofindustry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics withinthe B2B legal-tech space.
      • Provide regularfeedback to enhance Lawyered's offerings and marketpositioning.
    6. Sales Reporting:
      • Generate and analyze regular reports on B2B salesperformance, identifying areas for improvement andoptimization.
      • Collaborate with the sales teamto develop strategies for achieving sales targets.

    Qualifications

    1) Essential:

    • Demonstrated track record of 5-7 years in B2Bsales, preferably in the logistic & Supply Chain or relatedindustry.
    • Strong negotiation and communicationskills, with the ability to articulate complex solutionseffectively.
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated,and capable of working independently or collaboratively within ateam.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevantfield.

    2)Desirable:

    • Familiarity with legal-tech solutions and understandingof B2B sales dynamics.
    • Existing network andrelationships within the B2B legal and corporate sector.
