JOB PURPOSE

Timely and proper processing of hotel, car and guesthouse bookings as per requirement for employees and guests. Additionally, provide support to the Facilities Management Systems (FMS) team as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage accommodation requests for guest house rooms for employees and guests.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest houses.
• Coordinate guest house requirements.
• Support all repairs and maintenance (R&M) needs.
• Process hotel accommodation requests for employees and guests.
• Update records of guest house and hotel bookings.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

The key performance indicators for this role include:

• Efficient management of guest house and hotel bookings.
• Timely completion of R&M tasks.
• Effective communication with FMS team and other stakeholders.
