Instrument Index (preferably in SPI / AVEVA)

I/ O List

Data Sheet for various Instrumentsincluding sizing calculations.

Instrument LoopTypical

Material Requisition

Technical Bid Evaluation

VendorDrawing/Document Review

Mechanical PackageReview

Cause & Effect Diagram

Alarm & Trip Schedule

Knowledgeon DCS PLC and F&G Systems (Preferred)

Experience in 3D Model in PDS/ PDMS / SP3D / E3D withexperience in SPR and Navisworks for viewing Instrument Modellingwork; and extraction of 2D Drawings from 3D Model.

Proficient in 2D drawing preparation usingAutoCAD/Microstation

Conversant in developingCable Routing Plan Tray Layout Hook Up Drawings Instrument LocationLayouts Loop & Logic Diagrams System Architecture DrawingsGraphic Drawings etc

Capability for reviewvendor information and incorporation in drawing

Model Review Clash Checking & Tag Closing

Generation of Material Take Off (MTO)

Wiring& Interconnection (SPI preferred)

IRP RelaySchematic Diagram

Satisfactory knowledge inIndex Wiring Hook up and Loop and Logic Diagram Modules of SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI)
