    Job Summary:


    As a Human Resource Intern at "Retail Digit", you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts for Business Development Executives.

    Your responsibilities will involve assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening potential candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding successful applicants.

    This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR functions within a fast-paced and vibrant work environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with the HR team to identify the requirements and qualifications for Business Development Executive positions.
    Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.
    Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that align with the job requirements.
    Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
    Assist in conducting comprehensive interviews with shortlisted candidates to evaluate their skills and competencies.
    Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
    Collaborate with HR and management to negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant labor laws, and equal employment opportunity guidelines throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
    Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
    Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
    Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related activities is a plus but not mandatory.

    Stipend and Work Schedule:
    The selected Human Resource Intern will receive a monthly stipend of rupees 7,000/- (INR) for their valuable contributions.

    The internship will be for a duration of 3 months, with the intern required to work five days a week, following the standard working hours of 8 each day.
