    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Preparing Balance Sheets of multiple accounts, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable

    Preparing daily Bank Balances, Bank Account Reconciliations by pulling Bank Statements from online bank portals.

    Logging Debit and Credit Card entries

    Completing the accounting system transactions, financial statement inquiries, data uploads to accounting software and other support.

    Updating Financial documentation, and assisting in the review and distribution of monthly reports

    Preparing invoices, paying, and tracking them in the accounting system

    Responsible for GST, TDS

    Responsible for bookkeeping file & documents maintenance, maintenance of accounts, finalization of the book for audit

    Online E-way bill Generate.

    Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department

    Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary

    Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team

    Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits

    Conduct regular ledger maintenance

    OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    Comfortable working in a highly visible role

    Good Communication Skills

    Good analytical and problem-solving skills

    Advanced knowledge of Excel & ERP Software (BUSY preferred)

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment

    QUALIFICATION: CA

    SALARY: According to experience and skills.

    EXPERIENCE: 3 to 10 years

    Preference will be given to Manufacturing & Trading industry experience
