We provide organic farming training, hi-tech greenhouse farming, FPO formation, processing and branding of farm produce. Our goal is to encourage people to consume organic food for a brighter, healthier future. We are based in Ahmedabad.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agriculture Field Supervisor. The Agriculture Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing farms, supervising poultry operations, managing irrigation systems, and overseeing daily operations. The Agriculture Field Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that crops are grown and harvested successfully, overseeing the maintenance of farming equipment, and implementing best practices for soil management.

• Irrigation and Farm Management skills
• Knowledge of Agriculture and Farming techniques
• Experience managing Farms and Poultry operations
• Understanding of crop growing and harvesting practices
• Ability to work in a team and lead a team
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with organic farming is a plus
