- Minimum 4 years of experience in systems development under the AS400 platform.
- Strong technical knowledge in AS400 RPG/RPGLE, CL, SQL.
- Experience with SIBS CIF, Deposit, Loan, LMS, DSP, NPL, etc.
- Proficiency in project management tools/practices (Jira, Confluence) and Agile/Scrum Methodology.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
