Trainer 1. Should have been a caller herself for min. 2-3yrs in a sales proces & min. 3yrs + experience as a Trainer for any Insurance sales process 2. Wellspoken & excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi 3. Anyone below 80% score in IQ & math, should be rejected by HR 4. Must have good knowledge of excel & all reports related to Training 5. Should be Graduate & above with minimum score of 65% in SSC, HSC & Graduation 6. Atleast 2yrs stability in previous jobs & should have not changed too many jobs in the last 3yrs for any reasons 7. Candidate to be of Central & Harbour location only or 10kms within the office radius
Hike over previous package depending on interview.
