    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Knowledge of the staffing and recruiting industry will be an added advantage
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Willingness to travel as per business requirements

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in Chennai
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions
    • Achieve sales targets and generate revenue by upselling and cross-selling services
    • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
    • Assess market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies
    • Prepare and present account performance reports to management
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
    • Stay updated with industry developments and trends to provide valuable insights to clients
    • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
