    Job Overview

    We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development. As a Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our company by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the success of our organization.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales.Preferably from BIM Industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Familiarity with the civil engineering and BIM industry is a plus
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Civil or Mechanical Engineers with BD or sales experience are prefered.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to acquire new business
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
    • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
