Job Description

The role of a Project Planning Manager is to oversee the planning and execution of projects. This involves ensuring that all necessary resources are available, scheduling tasks, and monitoring progress. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess strong communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

In-depth knowledge and exposure to Primavera/MSP on project scheduling and tracking and delay analysis.
Preparing budget and cash flow statements and tracking achievement status on a weekly basis.
Preparing presentations for management review meetings and performance review meetings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of project management tools such as Primavera/MSP.
