    Associate - Corporate Operations

    Role: Associate– Corporate Operations (On Contract)

    Functional Area: Product Support and Delivery

    Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

    Experience: 0-3 yrs.

    Location: Gurgaon

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Handling operational queries via email & call- 24*7 (B2B2C Business module)

    · Owning the end-to-end delivery for customers.

    · Direct interaction with client POC.

    · Providing resolution and delivery within a specified TAT and defined SLA's

    · Coordination with other verticals/teams to resolve the issues/requests.

    · Conducting training sessions for clients on products.

    · Working on Custom Report / Analytics (MIS/EXCEL).

    Preferred Skills Set:

    · Ability to take initiatives.

    · Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    · Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.

    · Good speaking & writing English.

    · Proficient on MS Excel
