Title - Customer Care Executive UK/US Shift

Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility

Salary - Up to max 36K CTC + 5-6K monthly Incentives

Shift Timings : Rotational UK or US timings.

Job Responsibilities:-

Resolving complaints related to Customers over calls and Emails.

Generating reports.

Handling the Customer complaints will be part of the job as per requirement.

Interdepartmental communication with the counterparts in the UK office.

No Sales/ No Targets.
