    Genesis BCW ), is looking for an individual to effectively take on the Senior Executive – Talent role. The individual should be able to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders and recruit and manage Talent in a fast-moving global work environment.

    The individual will implement all aspects of Human Resources from recruitment to separation. These include attracting the best and most talented professionals, delivering an outstanding employee experience, managing the employee engagement and life cycle, and finally smooth exits or separations. Being the key relationship manager for the organization's leadership team in the West, the role also requires assisting the HR Head to enhance delivery capability, implement policies and processes that reinforce the organizations culture and core values, and ensure compliance.

    Core Job Responsibilities

    Drive talent management across the business – including talent development plans, supporting the business with talent acquisition, resource requirements, succession planning and employee development.

    Drive and support the recruitment process to ensure campaigns attract the right quality of candidates. Candidates who meet the requirements of each role but also who demonstrate the values of the organization.

    Work alongside the business to understand the business requirements and support people change programs.

    Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.

    Maintains the work structure by updating structure charts/resourcing charts, job descriptions, HR policies and storing in a virtual library.

    Responsible for administration of payroll and benefits, ensuring regulatory compliance, from legal audit and tax perspective.

    Maintain relevant and current market specific compensation benchmarking data and ensure all related employee job descriptions are accurate and up to date.

    Conduct performance reviews with department managers and monitor employee productivity, attitudes, and performance results. Provide timely and relevant feedback and metrics with respect to same.

    Employee counseling services for personal issues and company complaints.

    Ensure employee safety, wellness, welfare, health, and happiness.

    Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, etc.

    Ensure all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods.

    Manage audit, compliance, and SOX requirements for the organization.

    Generate & manage MIS and reporting for the HR function.

    Analysis of all HR data exit and attrition analysis, recruitment data analysis and vendor effectiveness analysis, forecasts, and global reporting.

    Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.

    Requirements:

    Experience - 2 – 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably from the Media and Communication industry.

    Education – Preferably an MBA/Graduate in any discipline.

    Technical Skills - Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point Presentation

    The individual must have a start-up mentality, superior communication skills, should be able to manage internal stakeholders across levels, have strong relationship management & ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams.
