Senior Project Analyst - Chennai, India - Maersk

Description

The developer will be responsible for driving the Automation improvement initiatives across One Team CX MbM process & do best practice sharing across sites. The person will work together with Execution & CoE teams to understand the scope and automate processes to deliver world class customer experience at efficient cost thereby improving Quality, NPS, TAT etc.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (Product Owners, NGA, Execution etc) for the flawless execution of projects.

Create priortization pool based on Automation/Process Improvement projects & ensure that all projects are delivered on-time.

Work in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.

Design and develop web applications using Microsoft Power Platform

Build and implement workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code & also Troubleshoot and debug applications.

Develop and maintain Power Platform and Microsoft 365 – Power Apps, Power Automation and Reporting tools, AI

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Risk management to minimize project risks

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Provides inputs to Product Owners for decision making

Develops solutions to match business needs, customer specific requirements

Proactively work with different functions in GSC to improve customer excellence

Deploy and demonstrate the company's values based leadership

Experience

Must have 4 to 8 Years of experience into Power Automation, Power BI & Data analytics.

Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent work experience)

Experience with building automations in Microsoft Power Automate, including using external/premium connectors

Experience with Power Platform administration, ALM, and PCF Custom controls

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Analytical and good at time management

Good with stakeholder management

Knowledge of other Automation or AI tools

GB certification is a plus

Proven working experience in project management will be an advantage

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Proven strong communication skills ensuring clear, direct and appropriate communication at multiple organizational levels

Highly result oriented, ready to take challenges and able to work under pressure

High analytical / problem-solving skills.
