- Effectively contribute to the development and execution of the Container Trace & Track activities/process in align of Cargo Operations
- Point of contact for Cargo operations for stakeholders spread across globe/geographies
- Co-ordinate performance management for week-to-week trace & track operations and other updates
- Explore new business improvement opportunities and ways to optimize operation processes
- Candidate should be a Graduate with excellent communication, good interpersonal and people skills.
- Has at least 3-5 years of relevant operations/commercial experience involving front/back-end processing (preference will be given to but not limited to shipping and logistic industry)
- Proven and sustained track record of delivery, with focus on driving results and outcomes
- Self-starter and highly motivated individual who can work in a challenging environment
- Probes and identifies business needs along with stakeholder across verticals and provides solutions
- Listen actively and invites dialogue for exchanged opinions, then influences and acts to drive performance and achieve results
- Must have excellent English linguistic skill with strong speaking and writing ability
