    Qualification/ Experience

  • , MCA, or equivalent

    • Essential:

  • 6-8 years of experience in IBM Mainframe, DB2, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IMS, TSO/ISPF
  • Working experience in IBM File Manager, Debug Tool, CA7/11, Endevor
  • Understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • L2/L3 Production Support experience – Abend fix, Batch Cycle Monitoring, Coordination with mainframe Ops, On-call Support
  • Worked on mainframe development and enhancement projects

    • Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of CICS, MQ Series, REXX
  • Familiar with Agile Methodology
  • Proficient in English, good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to think logically/analytically, understand business need
  • Strong research skills, Strong problem resolution skills
  • Team Player with strong time management and presentation skills
  • Adaptability, Portray a positive attitude, Flexible ,Multitask orientated
  • Accept guidance, Listen well and utilize information
  • Should have some knowledge / experience of GSuite, MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Ready to work in 24x7x365 shifts including night shifts & weekends
