Role : Deputy Manager Finance

Job Description:

• Develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, including forecasting and preparing cash flow statements.
• Oversee statutory accounts and the closing of books, preparing financial statements.
• Maintain working knowledge of income tax and GST return filing, as well as associated workings.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, handling their requirements independently.
• Provide advice on investment matters and manage the company's investment portfolio, devising strategies.
• Prepare and review IND AS, ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate closely with senior management.
• Support tax return filing and applicable provisions.
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Refine the company's chart of accounts as it grows and establish accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordination with Company Secretary for ROC related work
• Automation of process

Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in computer programs such as Excel, Word, and accounting software; experience with SAP preferred.
• Previous experience in the music or entertainment industry is desirable.
• Passion for music and the music business, eager to contribute to a reputable music company.
• Good understanding of financial and accounting processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
• Chartered Accountant qualification with 8-10 years of experience in a mid-size organization.
