    Pinnacle Partners is seeking a skilled Zonal Head - Sales (Ferrous) to drive sales growth and expand market share in assigned regions. This role requires a high-performing sales leader with strong industry connections, deep market understanding, and proven ability to drive top-line growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Share Expansion:
      • Strategically penetrate new geographies and customer segments within the state.
      • Implement go-to-market strategies that directly contribute to market share growth.
      • Identify under-served sectors and convert them into high-potential revenue sources.
    • Sales Leadership:
      • Drive aggressive revenue and volume targets across ferrous categories (TMT, coils, angles, channels, etc.).
      • Develop a strong sales pipeline and monitor conversions through effective forecasting and funnel management.
      • Maintain strong gross margins while scaling volumes.
    • Customer & Channel Development:
      • Strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, and large institutional buyers.
      • Drive repeat business and long-term contracts to ensure sustainable revenue streams.
      • Leverage industry connects to influence large buying decisions.
    • Competitor & Market Intelligence:
      • Track competitor pricing, supply trends, and market movement to refine strategy.
      • Recommend new product offerings or sourcing tactics based on demand gap.
    • Team Building & Performance Management:
      • Build and mentor a high-performance local sales team.
      • Set clear KRAs, monitor performance metrics, and drive accountability.

    Candidate Profile:
    A suitable candidate will possess a Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA preferred, with 4-7 years of relevant experience in ferrous metal sales (TMT, structural steel, etc.). They should have a proven track record of increasing market share in a competitive environment, strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial acumen, as well as excellent state-level customer connects and market understanding.
