Key Responsibilities

Site Operations & Uptime Management

• Monitor and ensure site uptime and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with field technicians for timely resolution of faults.

Energy & Power Systems Management

• Manage DG sets, AC and DC power systems, battery backup systems, and HVAC units.
• Optimize energy consumption and monitor power-related alarms.
• Validate and maintain energy logs and reports.

Telecom Infrastructure Support

• Support installation and maintenance of antennas and related telecom equipment.
• Ensure compliance with GSM/CDMA technical standards.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance

• Follow site safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure use of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Conduct basic safety training and audits.

Team Management & Coordination

• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of site activities.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff.

Customer & Landlord Interaction Support

• Assist in site access coordination with landlords.
• Support resolution of basic site-related customer and landlord issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• Knowledge of DG sets, AC/DC power management systems, battery backup systems, HVAC, antennas, and basics of GSM/CDMA technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in field conditions and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
