    Role Overview:
    Thrillophilia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining our product operations, ensuring the highest quality standards for our offerings, and driving operational efficiency.

    This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and hands-on execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Management:
    Oversee the end-to-end management of travel experiences on the platform.
    Ensure all products meet quality standards and are accurately represented.
    Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve product features and user experience.

    Operational Excellence:
    Develop and implement processes to optimize product listing, updates, and maintenance.
    Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive improvements.
    Manage product inventory and availability in coordination with the supply team.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with suppliers to ensure seamless product integration.
    Liaise with the customer service team to resolve product-related issues.
    Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of promotional activities with product availability.

    Data and Analytics:
    Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    Generate regular reports on product performance and operational efficiency.
    Implement data-driven strategies to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

    Quality Assurance:
    Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and quality.
    Develop and enforce standards for product descriptions, images, and pricing.
    Implement feedback loops to continuously improve product offerings based on customer and stakeholder input.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    3-5 years of experience in product operations, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
    Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    Experience with product management software and platforms.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Passion for travel and understanding of the travel industry is a plus.
