- Develop and execute strategic plans to source and engage potential clients through emails, calls, and social media.
- Set up appointments between (prospective) clients and Account Executives in target UK/EU and North America
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales results and maintain updated records of outreach activities and communications in the Hubspot CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering, Business Marketing, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, in a Technology, KPO, or B2B Startup focused on North America or Europe Market. Market Research or relevant industry exposure is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Should be comfortable working with night shifts (US or UK region)
