    Core Responsibilities :

    1. Plan, review and study / publish metrics received on various factors like workforce head count and the approved AOP, employee engagement, attrition, headcounts, contract staffing cost, wage bill, headcount, against industry trends and benchmarks etc. Work closely with distribution HR MIS + Data Analytics /sourcing metrics/ retention metrics.
    2. Work with MIS team on regular updates needed for intelligent decision making basis HR score card
    3. Work with HR head, Head analytics for creating analytics model for real time data driven decision making and impactful predictions/forecasts.
    4. Develop relationships with HR business partners /COE and work with them to understand business challenges and develop appropriate analytics solutions to address them
    5. Work with HR head for creating strong source of data management, driving adoption of analytical solutions, and enable analytics maturity via learning interventions – workshops /training
    6. Create predictive analytics with Business Data Analytics for different attrition vectors
    7. BAU – Tasks- Attrition, manmonth staffing, sourcing costs/- tracking progress and ensuring warning signals are highlighted
    8. Work with HR Head on various structure/span optimization projects, with ideas like Gig working or new- age mechanisms
    9. HR Operations/IT- Project manage implementation of the critical variables for Employee experience – Onboarding, Exit/ Compliance – with closure of audit points
    10. Talent/Engagement - Deep dive on projects which support the building of talent/ and critical transformation projects

    Building for Future:

    1. Evaluate trends- create processes – ways to optimize costs/ enhance employee experience – using Employee NPS on processes/ workforce experience/ enhance HRBP role.
    2. End to end execution of special projects taken for enhancing HR productivity and impact

    Scorecards and Corporate Level Metrics

    1. Concisely summarise data to create compelling analysis and engaging presentations needed for various stakeholders like HR Head/ CEO/Board/ Business heads.

    Qualification :

    Education and Experience- Post-Graduate in HR is a Must (2-year full-time program from Premier Institute preferred).

    Minimum 3-5 years post qualification experience in HR.

    Preferably from Consulting background

    Knowledge:

    Should have worked in HR Analytics for 2 years.

    Knowledge of financial and insurance sectors is preferred (not mandatory)

    1. Keep abreast with latest advancement in HR analytics and technology, , data science
    2. Excellent at Excel/ SPSS/ MS Access/ superior PowerPoint skills
    3. Ability to collaborate across levels
    4. Strong communication and presentation skills
    5. Adept at using HR Analytics as a critical tool to take decisions and influence key stakeholders & identify means of leveraging technology to enhance employee processes
    6. Understanding of business flow and ability to work closely with critical Business Stakeholders
    7. Ability to learn in a mature but complex organization with varied People Policies & Practices
    8. Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
