    Salesforce (Subject Matter Expert)


    Scope of Work:
    This individual will be responsible for developing the Business by contributing directly to the sales, profitability, and business growth of Botnotch Technologies; Must identify business opportunities to expand the business


    Job Responsibilities:
    Business Development Strategy & Planning;

    • Take all factors of the previous year's performance, operational cost, and budgets and prepare the Sales plan for the current year
    • Conceptualize the Sales / Business Development Strategy for the current year in alignment with the Management's perspectives
    • Plan and prepare a detailed Sales plan for the expansion of business opportunities
    • Plan detailed Sales Targets and timelines on a monthonmonth basis and align the team to these plans
    Sales / Business Development - Operations:

    • Be familiar with the company's requirements to be able to offer expert guidance on planning and implementation, or efficiency and success from an existing Salesforce deployment
    • Identify business demands, collaborate with various teams to create projects, and receive training and support on the platform
    • Create Salesforce training and certification content with external consultants
    • Be the SME for creating Admin, Developer, and consultant certification training content in Salesforce
    • Create structures and curriculum for our Salesforce content creation
    • Create and improve on the current content creation guidelines and templates
    • Create a Salesforce User manual & tests for internal users
    • Engage with customers in presales and sales cycle and develop the course of action
    • Review customer CRM process and identify the gaps and optimization opportunities
    • Review project documentation and ensure documents are kept uptodate
    • Should work in tandem with the Business Analyst
    • Conduct product demos and Proof of Concept (POC)
    • Should provide client consultations and work with remote delivery teams
    • Use the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives by helping them implement specific client solutions and keep the platform maintained

    Stakeholder Management & Reporting:

    • Coordinate with internal and external teams to work effectively on the Salesforce platform
    • Prepare regular status reports and submit them to the leadership team
    • Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities
    • Evaluate the impact of the delivery to the client with effective monitoring tools
    • Work cohesively with the Team and the Management to achieve the desired organizational goals
