    Position: Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategising the Business/Sales Plan for the company in the defined region.
    • Reaching out to present clietale and generating new leads and clients in your region.
    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

    Requirements:

    • Prior Education Sales Experience not mandatory.
    • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
    • Proven experience in sales for a minimum for 3years , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and rapport-building abilities.
    • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Quick thinker with the ability to handle objections and find creative solutions to challenges.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
    • Prior experience in the [industry/sector] or in selling educational programs is a plus.
