- Strategising the Business/Sales Plan for the company in the defined region.
- Reaching out to present clietale and generating new leads and clients in your region.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Prior Education Sales Experience not mandatory.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in sales for a minimum for 3years , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and rapport-building abilities.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick thinker with the ability to handle objections and find creative solutions to challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
